Young Conman Windham has listed at least four companies on the ISDX market which have all proved to be complete disasters for investors. This man makes David Lenigas look like Warren Buffett in terms of value creation. Undetered by serial failure - chronicled here - Conman Windbag is now threatening to inflict a new venture on ISDX, Flamethrower PLC. Natch this is a rum and coke too.

An online poll suggests that 69% of folks want MX Oil (MXO) head honcho Stefan Oliver to walk the plank. I put it to you that Mr Oliver deserves at least 48 hours and that folks should be careful in what they ask for? Who would you want to run MX? Chris Oil? Dan Levi? David Lenigas? Conrad Windham? I am sure young Conrad would be up for it but are you folks sure that is an upgrade?

To lose one job at a POS ISDX Company with immediate effect is understandable. To lose two in the space of 21 days looks like carelessness but crony capitalist Conman Windham must be careless as he has today parted company with immediate effect from Nodding Donkey. Dead Donkey to its friends.
So Conman's public markets career is almost over. His first venture was U308. It delisted and went bust last year. Then there was All Star where he "departed" on June 2 - see here. Today Dead Donkey (whose parlous financial condition I explained here) has said adios to its founder.
That just leaves Conman in charge of one company on ISDX, his second creation - Valiant Investments. So how its it doing? Er.....

Having spent a morning dumping gallons of poison at the Greek Hovel on the accursed frigana plants, a pestilent species that serves no purpose in life and just annoys everyone I turn naturally to Conrad Windham, as I take a brief lunch break. The serial crony capitalist of the ISDX markets has walked the plank with immediate effect at All Star Minerals (ASMO).
Conman set up All Star nine years ago. Nine years later Conrad walks on a day when it says it is not going ahead with a project termed "The Big One" and that is Aussie partner may sue it for A$140,000. Oh dear.

Yesterday Conrad Windham of All Star Minerals (ASMO) showed himself to be a true comedy genius as I explained HERE. Essentially he announced that All Star (dirs. C Windham and Tomas Nugent) was in default on a loan note from U308 Holdings but that All Star was in discussions about the matter with U308.
As I pointed out, the directors of U308 are in fact C Windham and T Nugent so the discussions with themselves could be interesting – read all about it HERE.
Anyway young Conrad was forced to put out a correction late in the day. The boy is the gift that keeps on giving. In his original statement he said that U308 was ISDX listed. But apparently it is not. It delisted in June. Imagine the scene round at All Star Minerals HQ as Conrad and Tomas sit down for an afternoon freshly squeezed organic guava juice with a twist of ginseng and a pinch of ginger bought from the Nepalese fruit bar round the corner. This time Tomas paid.
“”Compadre, thanks for the GJ but I think we have a bit of a problemo with the release we put out for All Star today”.

I had hitherto suggested that serial liar Liam McGrattan and his gopher at US Oil & Gas wee Brian McDonnell were the true comedy geniuses of the listed world, but they have a new challenger, young Conrad Windham of All Star Minerals (ASMO). All Star has today issued a release:
All Star announces that it has received notification of a technical default on the Convertible Loan Note ("CLN") that was issued to the Company by ISDX listed, U3O8 Holdings Plc.
The CLN which was of £46,500 principal and carried a 10% per annum coupon was issued on 8 October 2013. Under the terms the Convertible Loan Note is immediately redeemable.
The board is in communication with U3O8 Holdings Plc about the situation and will update the market in due course.

“Yup” says Tomas. “I’ve just opened it. It is the letter we sent ourselves yesterday”.

U308 Holdings (U30P), a company set up and run by my old pal Conrad Windham provides today’s laugh of the day with a statement of pure comic brilliance. I refer to its half year results. Conman should give up on the resource stocks malarkey and do comedy for a living, this is sheer genius.
